Mortal Combat Spellcasting and Custom Skill - Chi Healing & Chi Blast

Details: By concentrating the destructive Ki around his fist Charlie can throw a punch unleashing a beam of green destructive force akin to a Hollow's Cero.
Desired Effect:

• Beginner - Able to form and fire the most basic of Chi Blast, taking a significant moment to charge and taking awhile before it can be reused.
  
• Basic - The amount of time to form the Chi Blast drops, more utilizable in the heat of combat, but unlikely to be to utilize it multiple times.
  
• Apprentice - The Chi Blast becomes an arsenal in the toolbox, easily utilized during combat albeit it with a created opportunity and capable of firing multiple throughout a battle. At this level Charlie can "catch" an incoming energy attack such as Cero or Hado and return it back along with his own Chi energy.
  
• Journeyman - The Chi blast becomes a signature of Charlie.
  
• Master - There is unlikely to be many techniques across creation more dangerous than the Chi Blast at this level. At this level Charlie has learned to copy the Gran Rey Cero and my mixing his blood he can produce a blast of equal destructive power.

Details: An off-shot of Charlie's natural Chi/Ki Manipulation Powers. By turning his powers inwards, and manipulating it into a less destructive and more beneficial form of energy in line with his natural life force. Doing this allow's Charlie to heal energies far beyond a mortal's ordinary healing ability. Once mastered it will be possible to turn this power outward to help others.
Desired Effect:

• This power advances in line with Hollow regeneration
  
• At Master Level he can also turn the power outwards allowing him to Heal others.

Spellcasting - Looking like a 'counter' technique around apprentice and a dangerous blast on master, is that correct?

That would be right. The Combat Spellcasting is just a Human version of Cero but instead of getting to choose from an array of techniques to specialise in Charlie will just get his version of Cero Doble and Gran Rey Cero.

So, if you want that technique to be defensive, ie protect you, then it can be used to enable your spellcasting to block, but since you could do that by default then I assume you want this specific element of turning back spellcasting.

So, I'm thinking of a form of block that only works on other spellcasting attacks with an appropriate stamina cost that can then be used to attack with spellcasting with some benefit.
