Hair Color and Style: Ouroboros has white and black hair styled to look like horns, in curved, but smooth, arcs around the ears.
Clothing and Accessories: Ouroboros wears heavy black clothing with thick pauldrons on their shoulders. A wide-brimmed hat, similar in style to a Ronin’s, covers their face usually. Ouroboros wears enormous gauntlets on both hands that extend from the palms to the elbows. Their cloak is fastened with a white ox-head shaped ornament that functions as a whistle.
Generalized Appearance: Ouroboros is an incredibly tall person. Though their body has breasts and a feminine figure, Ouroboros is genderless; they possess no primary sex organs. Their large size would be indicative of massive physical strength, however they are no stronger than the average person. While most people who reach these heights have muscular and skeletal issues, Ouroboros does not suffer from these issues as they are bionically enhanced. This can be seen from how Ouroboros’ eyes are pitch black, as well as the hardness of their bones.
Spiritual Pressure Analysis: Ouroboros has a highly unusual Spiritual Pressure: it seems to fluctuate and change to match that of whomever is observing it. When it manifests physically, its color is light purple.
Overall Personality: Ouroboros has an overwhelming desire to learn, to study anything and everything. This desire is so powerful that ethics, morality, even self-preservation cannot impede it. Ouroboros will continue to observe and experiment regardless of whether the subject can endure the procedures, and is not beyond experimenting on their own body.
Positive Traits: Ouroboros is completely without malice. Everything they do is purely out of scientific interest; personal feelings do not factor into it.

Snapshots
Winter 2019- Awaken underground without any memories. They find a note saying that their name was S.C.H.O.L.A.R. CCLXXXIV- Ouroboros. There are tens of body-sized tubes nearby, all empty with red Xs marked on them.
Without any memory, Ouroboros explores the underground, reading the many tomes and books they find.
2020- Finds the exit of the underground lab. They find themselves underwater, but after struggling to breathe it is suddenly easy. They find themselves able to breathe underwater and move to the surface. Unsure where they are, Ouroboros begins a journey to discover all they may.
Overarching History
Their eyes opened to calm white light and the beeping of machines. A mechanical voice echoed in their head, “Cognitive upload completed. Awakening protocol completed. Biological systems within acceptable parameters. SCHOLAR unit CCLXXXIV- Ouroboros successfully completed.” They sat up, looking around but saw nobody… Only tens of tubes with empty beds, identical to the one they laid upon, save for the red X marks upon the glass. Overhead, pipes and wires ran into each and every tube.
“Hello?” They questioned the empty room. But no voice responded. They found a set of clothes laid out beside the tube they emerged from, and slowly changed into them. The clothes were thick and heavy, with enormous gauntlets and a cape. As they put the clothes on, limbs somehow going through the motions, a note fell from a hidden pocket.
They understood the writing on it. “I am Ouroboros. This facility belongs to me. Pursuit of knowledge without measure, at any cost. That is what this place is.” How, precisely, they knew the words, they weren’t sure.
They were Ouroboros, it seemed. Ouroboros left the room, exploring the facility. But, after what seemed to be hours, they still hadn’t seen a soul. Just white room after white room. One, of which, was a room filled with books. After hours of searching, Ouroboros returned here and began to pull book after book off the shelves.
Ouroboros had no way to know how long they had spent in that room. But, eventually… There was nothing left to read.
Without any more to do here, Ouroboros began to explore yet again. A long time passed before they found the only door that seemed to lead outside- a thick metal door with a spiral handle. It was unlike any other door they’d seen so far, contained within a room of its own. Ouroboros had read about these types of rooms; they could seal themselves and kept pressure for the rest of the building. As Ouroboros followed the instructions, sealing themselves within the room, they wondered what lay beyond the door. It was heavy as they spun the handle, having to put their whole weight into it. But, at some point, the door exploded inward, knocking them backward. Water rushed into the room and Ouroboros panicked, clawing at their throat, struggling to breathe. However, after a moment, they ceased. They… could breathe, underwater. Their fingers groped at their throat, feeling slits in the skin that opened and closed; gills. Shaking their head, they left the facility in search of answers.
Answers to who they were. Answers to where they are. So many questions… But never enough answers.

Force Evolution
Object of Affinity: Ouroboros’ body is their Object of Affinity.
Fullbring Appearance: Ouroboros’ body is in a constant state of first release. Due to the ability of their Fullbring, Ouroboros’ body can slightly alter and vary as it adapts to different environs.
Fullbring Ability: Force Evolution alters Ouroboros’ body to adapt to their environment and current situation. This ability activates regardless of Ouroboros’ will if their life is in danger, but Ouroboros can willingly trigger an ‘Evolution’ as well. Ouroboros can adapt to up to three situations at once, before the oldest adaptation is overwritten. If Ouroboros is underwater, they can form gills to breathe. If Ouroboros is struck by a powerful blow, their skin may harden to decrease their chance of injury. These are simply some of the possibilities of Ouroboros’ Force Evolution.

Hello, some quick notes regarding power.
First off, mastery requires not just experience, but also a request which is satisfied only through the play of a character. Secondly, while a mortal play may begin with a special 0th release of their power but you still need to complete a First Release request before you gain the real form of this initial power which is more a reminder than something you need to address. Third and finally, a power as broad as 'evolve to suit the need at the time' is going to be tricky to mechanized and balance, I am confident I can present something workable, but the more things it can do the weaker those things or the more limited the implementation of those things will be. This is also just a heads up.
The only thing you really need to take care of before we can approve you is to adjust your mastery down to at least journeyman and to bear in mind that this functionally won't do much until you attain release. Go ahead and post here once that's done and we'll get you on your way.

Ouroboros' XP has be reallocated. For the "0th level" release it'll simply be flavorful changes without the mechanical benefits we discussed. Such as ability to breathe underwater but no damage reduction until proper 1st level
