Clothing and Accessories: Kazuma dresses in a very casual manner in his free time, but always makes sure to wear his uniform while at the academy. Regardless of his outfit, however, Kazuma always has an earring with a clear topaz gemstone in his left ear.
Generalized Appearance: Overall, Kazuma is a man with fair skin and an average build. The thing that stands out most about him physically is typically his odd colored hair.

1914 - The Japanese enter WWI and Kazuma feels a duty to join.
1916 - Kazuma enlists in the Imperial Japanese Navy, and serves for two years.
1918 - Kazuma dies in an Avalanche in his hometown, becoming a soul. The war ended later that year.
1920 - Kazuma is sent to the Soul Society.
1931 - Kazuma is accepted into the Nakere family of commoners in the Soul Society.
1963 - Kazuma realizes his Reiatsu is above average but continues to live a simple life in the Soul Society.
2000 - Kazuma decides he's capable of doing more with his life and decides to become a Shinigami.
2018 - A year after his death, Kazuma Passes his entrance exam and is on his way to becoming a Shinigami!
Overarching History
After becoming a soul, Kazuma spent many years enjoying a simple life. He joined a relatively poor family of misfit souls that used the name Nakere, but they were good people. As the years flew by, Kazuma realized that his Reiatsu was large than most other souls he knew. He had no ambitions at first, but as time went on he grew more and more interested in becoming a Shinigami.
At the turn of the century, he decided it was finally time to apply and took an entrance exam. His results... were pretty bad, so he spent years in preparation for taking the next one. Finally, one entire year after he passed into the Soul Society, Kazuma attempted the entrance exam once more. This time he passed with flying colors! He's been working hard at the academy ever since, keen for the day that he finally gets to join the Gotei 6!

Sealed Zanpakuto: While Sealed, Kazuma's Zanpakuto has the appearance of a regular katana with a blade length of 26in. The blade has regular steel coloration and the handle is wrapped with black leather. The tsuba is a simple gunmetal-gray circle, though the engravings on it make it look like the moon. The sheath for the blade is a simple wooden one painted black, with black straps attached to it so that it can be properly held.
