He is often wearing velvet black pants and a white button shirt on his casual days off. His Quincy uniform is always packed away in his backpack or suitcases when traveling. He wears few jewelry matching his hair color: a chain link wristband with rubies embezzled between the links. He sometimes wears earrings when he's feeling sassy. His most prized possession is his wedding ring, a non tarnish ring band with blue topaz.
Generalized Appearance: Rubedo's general outlook seems like he is mostly annoyed at life but that is just his resting bitch face, in honest he gives off an exulting demeanor once you get to know him. He rarely is seen without a mask in the public eye and most seem rather off-putted by his tuxedo - like he was a famous celeb with the latest sophisticated attire.

Spiritual Pressure Analysis: A calming red aura surrounds him like a welcoming flame, when not overly suppressed it roars out in intricate pleochroic wavy colors.

Overall Personality: Ruby is a laid back individual, through meditation he hardly seems the one to break down into a fit. Keeping that calm aura about him. Though no man is ever perfect, Ruby has his days when put under peer pressure and can break under the fold of his stoicism when pit against all odds.

Overarching History
Rubedo was born into a wealthy Quincy life though his parents were strict in getting him the best education when he was able to speak and walk. His true training started when he was ten and no longer practiced on wooden bows and could start manifesting his own. Like most of his heritage of the Ignis Draco family, he was able to summon more than one weapon in phantom like forms though it drained him to exhaustion when switching quickly. As the boy grew older, he became more adept at matters of both the normal and spiritual kind; although he preferred the spiritual kind as a younger boy. Under the tutelage of his mother, Ruby was taught in the art of Gintō, how to form and use a Seele Schneider, and given basic training involving Blut. The knowledge of Quincy culture and traditions were also passed down onto him albeit in a more critical manner. As per Quincy tradition, his father's cross was to be passed down to him as the only child born in the Ignis bloodline.

Once he move onto advance training, Ruby made friends with some of the other students one being a best friend named Ignacius Solomon who got along due his composed, serious, and cool personality. He was mostly the brains of the party and helped Ruby through rough times and made him eat a healthy diet. When he was ten Ignacius heard of a pastry Ruby had enjoyed in Tokyo, and became interested in cooking though could never get it right he kept  up his determination.

On his fifteenth birthday his parents set up an arrange marriage to a German beauty named Sarah. The two rarely saw each other face to face after their brief introduction but they did keep contact via letter or text messages. They both focused on their goals: refine their training and await their wedding. With more responsibility thrown on Ruby to become a bodyguard his job as a Quincy kept him busy protecting the weak from the Hollow menace that threaten his families' house and working with other Quincy when on travels to escort them safely. Ruby still thinks of his betrothed and had a custom made rings used from their crosses to make into bands imbued with the Quincy powers and the two finished their union once they both reached eighteen.

As Ruby matured into a fine young man, he set off with his friend Iggy and they both seem inseparable as they take odd jobs using their service to bodyguard other noble Quincy. When they are not working, they can be seen dining at expensive restaurants or camping out in the open world with Ignacius trying out new recipes.

So! Your weapon is fine, I think it's unusual for a Quincy to have two spirit weapon forms so much sure you address that when you utilize. I imagine you intend to build the armiger going off the premise of the character. Mechanics might require us to work this out but I have no issue with the premise.

Second note, obviously there is a very strong inspiration to the core of this character, keep in mind that originality is something considered when we look at a character and their arc. Try not to lean too heavily into your inspiration!
