From Karakura with Love - [open]

Vance was wandering down the street alongside his usual accompaniment of stuff and things.   He made his way into a local bakery and ordered some pastries and a few other things.  Mostly iced tea of different kinds.  There was nothing like good tea.  He was pondering how to get to the next part of his plan.  He needed more things to study, so he could make more gear.  He also needed to find out how to jack some kind of supernatural super-poison.  The never ending life of a villain kept him on his toes at the very least.  Though, it did nothing to help with some of the other stuff that went on.

He pulled out his laptop and went over a few things as he thought about the most recent occurrences.  He needed to find the werewolf, aptly named Yuki.  Some shinigami dude that smoked, which made no sense, could inter-dimensional beings get something out of that?   He also had to find more hollow to study, though he hoped this time blowing up the world wouldn't be necessary.  It was all discombobulated and it wasn't likely to get him what he wanted.  He needed something more straightforward.  Not so much this annoying sniffling around looking for a small opening that may or may not give him any of the information he needed.  It wasn't helping at all.

Vance sipped at his tea and brought back up his plans for a drug that would let humans see and hear inter-dimensional beings and pondered actually making it.  There were a good amount of bad things that could happen if he did so.  Vance was all about risk reward and this one was more likely to be a risk than a reward.  Though he could lace it with something to make it addictive so Humanity would no longer call supernatural anything an act of god.   He sipped again as he thought about all the terrible things that could be done in the future.
