Stats and Skills Overview

Here on Bleach Sakura, you earn XP to level your character up. You earn XP by completing threads and story arcs and having them graded by our team out of ten stars. For each star you earn a higher amount of XP towards your total number of threads. For more details check out the advancement and requests thread here.

Stats

There are four core stats on Bleach Sakura and one which is the sum of them.
Reiatsu: The total of all four base stats.
Power - How powerful your character is, and how damaging their physical and magical attacks are.
Control - How capable your character is of controlling their powers and performing subtle acts.
Durability - How much your character can withstand a hit.
Agility - How quick your character is to react and how fast they can move.

But how do you convert XP into Stats? You buy Reiatsu and spread it into your four stats according to this handy guide:

5 XP to 1 reiatsu point(from 0-100 Reiatsu points)
10 XP to 1 reiatsu point(from 100 - 200)
15 XP to 1 reiatsu point(from 200 - 250)
20 XP to 1 reiatsu point(from 250 - 300)


Skills
Skills are things your character can buy to show how good they are with their techniques, for a detailed list of the skills of your character's race - check their information page!

Skills have ranks which you buy with XP.

None (0XP)
Beginner (30 XP)
Basic (60 XP) (90 XP Total)
Apprentice(120 XP) (210 XP Total)
Journeyman (200 XP) (410 XP Total)
Master (400 XP) (810 XP Total)

A Master at Zanjutsu would vastly outperform them in a sword fight compared to somebody with basic knowledge.
