Generalized Appearance:
Watari is inconspicuous, he wears a simple pair of bi-focals and tries to wear his Shinigami uniform as much as possible. He's modified his uniform to contain many hidden compartments, all with cigarettes cases. His hair and facial hair is scruffy, the main part of his body that he keeps unkempt - every other part of his body is cleaned and kept immaculate. Watari's posture is relaxed, shoulders lowered and head often tilted to the side.
Watari has three perpendicular scars running down the length of his arm.

Overall Personality:
Watari is a social, relaxed person, he kept to his studies in the Shinigami academy and gained a reputation for being reliable. Other students at the academy commented on the fact that Watari would very rarely get angry and always seemed contemplative over conflict. His tutor’s biggest problems with him was his inability to take his studies seriously or focus, often they would find him in the back rooms smoking as he is blissfully addicted.
He doesn’t “get” romance but Watari doesn’t “get” a lot of things. A part of Watari's brain complains for rigorous regime and then another urges him to take another draw.
Finally, the unseated Shinigami keeps his circle of friends small but his circle of acquaintances large, as he is slow to trust but once a bond is made, he is a close friend.

Inner Spirit:
Bezaliel is a tall skeletal being with two horns protruding from either side of it's skull. It wears a dark red robe which masks most of the pale flesh that loosely hangs from it's body. Gold chains loosely bind clothing into a semblance of a form. The Zanpakuto Spirit speaks in a shrill rasping voice and prefers when manifested to appear behind it's master never being directly in line of sight - always at the corners of Watari's vision.

Sealed Zanpakuto: The guard of Watari’s sealed Zankaputo is circular wood with a carved smokey tendril which frames it, this leads to a plain black grip with a pointed metallic pommel. The blade itself is thirty centimetres in width that tapers at the end in a point. At the base of the blade above the guard a hole through the middle of the blade.
Release Shikai Command: "Pluck Their Eyes Out"
Released Shikai Zanpakuto: When released Bezaliel's blade corkscrews upwards as the smokey wood that forms the guard blends into the metal. Wicks such as the ones seen on candles sporadically protrude about half way up the metal of the blade and flicker to life, slowly burning out creating a thick smoke that pools around Watari.
Release Shikai Ability: When released the blade produces a smoke that forms a dome around Watari for ten meters. Anybody within the dome cannot sense or see anything happening outside of the dome, anybody outside the dome cannot sense or see anything happening inside of the dome as it's like they were never there.
People inside the dome are treated as invisible and undetectable to those outside the dome.
People outside the dome are treated as invisible and undetectable to those inside the dome. With the difference that instead of seeing the world "outside" the dome all they see is smoke and shadow.
The dome can be entered.
The dome's center is Bezaliel.
